About Us & Our Mission
Welcome to the second edition of the Websim Choice Awards! This is an annual event where the community comes together to celebrate the best and brightest creations and creators on the Websim platform.
For 2026, our theme is "NEW AGE," focusing on the future of digital creation. From stunning websites and immersive games to innovative tools and artistic projects, we honor the talent that makes our community special. Our mission is to recognize excellence and inspire the next wave of creators who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible on Websim.
How It Works & Our Transparent Mission
Our goal is to run a fair and transparent awards show for the community, by the community. Here's how our five-step process ensures a community-driven result:
1. Public Nominations
We open a nomination form where everyone can put forward the creators and projects they love.
2. Finalist Selection
A panel of hosts, the WCA Foundation, and trusted community members review nominations to select the official finalists.
3. Community Voting
Once finalists are announced, the entire community gets to vote for who they believe should win.
4. Winners Announcement
Finally, the winners are revealed live during the spectacular Websim Choice Awards ceremony!
5. Data Release
After the event, we publish all nomination and voting data for full transparency.
Our Transparency Commitment
Equal Votes
All votes are equal. Whether you're a host, part of the WCA Foundation, or a community member, your vote carries the same weight.
Third-Party Review
All data is reviewed by impartial third-party members of the Websim community, including the Websim team and trusted outsiders.
The WCA Foundation
New for 2026, the WCA Foundation is a small, hand-selected group who help decide nominees and winners. We ensure Foundation members have zero bias to maintain fair voting.
Full Transparency
At the end of every WCA, we publish all the information that helped us pick the nominees and winners, for everyone to see.
Zero Bias
We are committed to a process with zero bias. Our procedures are designed to ensure fairness and objectivity at every stage.
